Map pins: 266 of 273 booth locations are placed, 41 of them on an
exact mapped booth and the rest worked out from the corner, block or building the fair names.
7 booths only say "At Mighty Midway", which is not mapped precisely enough to pin,
so they are left off the map rather than dropped in the wrong spot.
